The past years have brought a rapid switch from offline to online in retail. Catching up with the changes and quickly building trust for online grocery shopping was a matter of staying afloat for large retailers.
Hand in hand with our client, we built a new communication strategy for Auchan, focused on the benefits of their delivery service and online shopping.
We designed and managed their new online and offline presence, starting from the first online services like click-and-collect, to full-blown e‑commerce.
We are responsible for preparing and executing the brand’s performance strategy. This included launching extensive Google Shopping campaigns with a dedicated Brand CSS, Performance Max campaigns and creating custom attribution models. Last but not least, we shared our expertise in the fields of UX, CRM and web analytics with Auchan.
The project is growing dynamically month by month, onboarding masses of new Polish customers onto e‑commerce shopping and marking a new chapter in the business model of Auchan in their almost 30‑years presence in Poland.
